  I had spoke with Erica over the phone at the oak leaf Lane Bryant, but when I went into the store she had gone by then, was interested in an after 5 outfit, as well as some specialized bras that I wanted to get as gifts for my mother and daughter. so the person who helped me was a Miss Chris Very professional woman , she spent as much time as possible with me because she had other customers and people were coming in the store and she had to split her time between myself and other people I don't know how she saw about all of us in that little bit of time but she did. there was another young lady also I believe her name was a Miss Ray she was very informed as to what the customers needed as I observed her so I was glad to see people who was interested in not just making a sale but interested in exactly what I,they asked for, to make a long story short Miss Chris help me with the outfit that I wanted and l bought two more blouses which was going to help me in the long put together some other outfits, I thank her for her time and effort because it wasn't just about making a sale it was about putting together my outfit that I was very pleased with the things that she showed me. Miss Ray who was at the other end of the counter, she had on something that I like and so I went down to ask her about it and she said yes we had that product and she showed me how it worked to cover up certain imperfections of the human body especially on women, we went into some more details about bras and so forth and so I told her that I would bring my daughter my mother and my sister back as they could not come with me that particular day because of circumstances that had happened. So I definitely plan to bring them in my mother asked me about sundresses and I saw them as soon as I came into the store everything was nice clean and appealing thank you for your confidence, dressing properly in-store attire that was appealing to the customers that come in and your respect of each individual that comes in knowing that everyone is different and not putting everyone in the same outfits excelsior to miss chris, miss ray, and for the very nice phone call from Miss Erica she was very nice and made me want to come into the store!!!!!☺️

  I walked in wearing everything from Lane Bryant except my shoes, NO one said hello or treated me in anyway. I asked about a certain pair of Jeans and I was told in a Attitude way We didn't get any all of those went to the Rivertown Store So I tried my other 2 pairs of jeans on and didn't really like them I took and hung them on the rack outside of the dressing room and still NO one asked if I needed any help of if They could help me find anything else. I felt like a 2nd hand thrown away. I will never spend another penny at that store NO one was friendly at all. So I guess Im on my way to River town by Jacksonville Airport to shop.

  Big ladies have limited choices. This is not the best choice. Catherine's is slightly better.
