  Poor customer service for such a prominent snd high-end jewelry store. Shameful to be treated in such a nonchalant way. We purchased a neckless and earnings, and needed to have the neckless sent out for an extension. Two weeks later I called to see if it was ready. First they could not find our information, then the information was attached to another customers. Spoke with a total of three women in two days until they finally figured it out. The clerks behind the counter need further training to ensure the customer’s information is appropriately applied in their system.

  Tiffany & Co is my favorite store ever! I took my granddaughter in tonight to the Town Center store and bought her a Tiffany charm necklace. The sales lady was very rude. She treated us like we were wasting her time. I’m very disappointed and will not go back to that store. I wish my granddaughter had a better experience.

  Misleading sales promise & poor management response Two years ago I purchased a Tiffany T bracelet for my wife at this location for just under $3,000. I was specifically told at the time of purchase that one benefit of buying the bracelet was the ability to return later and upgrade to a larger/nicer bracelet without losing value. That promise was a major reason I made the purchase. Recently, I contacted the store to upgrade the bracelet and was told by a staff member named Sue that this is not possible because the bracelet is the white gold Tiffany T (not diamond). This directly contradicts what I was told when I purchased it. I was also informed my original sales associate no longer works there. Sue said she would have a manager call me. Instead, she called back and relayed that the manager said I could “bring it in and they’d take a look,” but nothing could be promised. I don’t live locally, so traveling in with no clarity is unreasonable. The manager never called me directly, which I found unprofessional. Sue later assured me the manager would call me back after hearing my concerns. That was yesterday afternoon. Nearly 24 hours later, I’ve still received no call. For a brand at this price point, this level of inconsistency, lack of accountability, and poor follow-up is unacceptable.

  The staff...where do I begin. Madison is not only a CA but a friend. The level of service and care this team puts in, absolutely shows.
