I asked him to repeat it so we could understand what he said. We started to not make the purchase but did anyway. Now I ask you. Does that make any sense to you? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S WORSE. After the purchase he asked if we needed a bag for the shoes. I said..... yes, we do. Dude. Why would you ask us if we want a bag? Again, service at it's worst.

I do understand that not every associate here has knowledge of every product they sell. The only criticism I have here is with the web site that says a product is in inventory and then when you shop for it there is no item for sale. That is a concern with other retailers. So to all the negative people who post here be real and give this store a break. I have more issues with the Walmart, Dicks Sports, and Lowes next door than Sportsman Warehouse! The staff is great, fishing gear selection is great, hunting/camping is great and much more. Blessings Sportsman Warehouse.

I was looking for a specific reel that was discontinued to give someone, just so they couldn't have the one that was given to my kid by his grandfather who just passed. The two gentlemen that helped us out not only were super helpful but were able to find the reel for us and it was the last one! Thank you for making our day! Great AAA+++ service!
