Less than a week of having the device installed and the device not only violates me due to a malfunction. I have to pay for the charge even though the violation wasn’t due to a failed test. Do not use these devices. Go with a different company. They do not care about the service they give. The only people who were helpful was the people who actually installed the device because they were upfront about their fees and work. It’s even worse because once you have the device you are stuck with it because they charge you a fee to uninstall the device. Their customer service can’t do anything because they refuse to. They don’t care if you are on the side of the road with no money for a tow truck. These people are vultures ready pick your wallet clean.
