  I had an amazing experience with Brisilda at Active Wear! She made me feel very happy and supported with every purchase I made. She helped me find exactly what I needed and was so kind and attentive throughout. Truly a fantastic sales associate!

  As a girl who would find alot of teen/contemporary clothes here the past few years I was upset to come back after being gone a year from the area. You guys moved the contemporary section and shrunk it down. Less brands/options. Sucks so bad

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Nordstrom with Naz and Stephanie. They made my experience worthwhile. Without them I would have found this to be a regular department store they made my experience worthwhile. I would only suggest coming here if you plan to see one of them!!!

  Encarnita was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to help me with fixing my watch. She truly made my experience exceptional.   Bias Service & Disrespectful Manager hung up on me. December 14th, 2025 Today, at approximately 12: 03 PM, I visited the Nordstrom store and went directly to the men’s cologne section. While browsing, I noticed through my peripheral vision that a sales associate was observing me. I made eye contact with her in an attempt to connect, and after I had been standing there for several moments, she briefly greeted me. However, she never offered assistance or asked if I needed help. Shortly afterward, a white couple approached the same area. The same associate immediately greeted them, offered assistance, asked what types of scents they preferred, and proceeded to walk them through the cologne selection system. I was never offered the same level of service by her despite arriving before the couple. Before exiting, I asked another team member for the associate’s name, and I was told her name is Christian. (I request that store cameras be reviewed to corroborate this interaction). After leaving the store, I called to report the incident and was connected to Brittany, who stated she was the store manager. When I asked to confirm that she was indeed the store manager before explaining the situation, she responded rudely, saying that I could either explain the issue or she would have to get off the phone. Due to her tone, I requested the corporate office contact information. She told me she did not have that information available and that she was “in between two calls,” then again asked in a rude tone, how she could help. When I asked to speak with the store manager or corporate, she abruptly hung up on me. I called the store back and learned that Brittany is not the store manager, the actual store manager is Brandi. I have since left Brandi a voicemail and am awaiting a return call. Based on the differential treatment I observed, particularly given that the couple who received full assistance was white and I am a Black man I am deeply concerned that this experience may have been influenced by racial bias. Nordstrom is known for its customer service standards, and this experience fell far short of what I expect from the brand. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Hopefully, calls are recorded. I spoke with Brittany at 12:08 PM.
