We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    I try to avoid this store because it’s not a pleasant experience. Ever. But I had a few returns of a full price items. Had all my receipts. The guy pulled the items out of the lulu bag and one of the rip tags fell off. Price tag still in tact but that was it. He declined the return. I explained it was in tact and it was clear the shirt was brand new with price tag in tact. The size was just too big. He basically told me too bad, move on. So I’m stuck with a full price, brand new item that I cannot return??? Nice policy. I’ll be taking my hundreds elsewhere!

    Just went in to pick up two online orders that I placed earlier and had received notification that it was ready for pick up. I politely asked where to go to get them to the girl up front and apparently I didn’t look “on brand” enough for her to make getting my order a priority. She began helping two other women. When she walked by me again, I asked her where my order was she ignored my question and asked if I wanted to try something on. When I responded “no” she just walked away. The third time she went to walk past me, she mumbled very rudely “someone will get it.” It was at the point I asked for a manager and magically my order was in my hand in less than two minutes. She seemed shocked when I explained to the manager the she was rude as hell and maybe the girl should learn her products better since I was already outfitted in lululemon from head to literally toe she would have realized I deserve the same service she walked from me to provide to other customers.

    Product is good. Clothes are high quality. Customer service is a zero. If I could submit a negative I would. I ordered two pair of leggings for someone for Christmas. They never arrived. When I looked at the delivery email there was just a picture of the house taken from the road. No picture of the delivered product. So then I submit "product not delivered" online. 3 days later I get an email saying "you are eligible for refund." "but you have to go online and chat." No phone number anywhere to be found. So going online to chat...I struggle with a chat bot for about 5 minutes (they are worthless) before they decide to find a human. 10 minutes later before I find a human. All she want to do is offer a refund. All I want is the order! So then she say she needs to talk with "resolutions." So I had to wait 15 minutes to get a human, who then tells me she is also in the "que" for a resolutions human. I can't make this stuff up. Then they come back to say they are all out of stock. Not sure how this company can stay in business. At one point the "human" threatened to disconnect our conversation - even though I was never swearing - just stating the facts. After waiting another 10 minutes (45 total) she stated that I will get another confirmation in a few days for the replacement. Then she disconnected without waiting for a reply. Somehow I don't think I will see what I paid for. Incredibly bad customer service. Don't recommend ordering online. You are rolling the dice.

    The holidays can be a crazy and hectic time to shop, but Emily and John couldn’t have been more helpful, cheerful, and kind. Emily especially went out of her way to look up my account and find what I bought my dad last year, including the size and color, so I knew exactly what to get him again this year. She did all of this during an extremely busy time in a packed store without me even having to ask. I thought she deserved recognition for that extra level of care. Thank you, Emily and John, for your great customer service!
