    For Christmas, I made a perfume purchase online with my daughter’s initials embroidered. When the perfume was unwrapped on Christmas Day the initials were wrong. I called customer service, they advised I may be able to take it in the store for assistance or I would have to ship the perfume back. I visited this store and was greeted immediately to place my name on the list for an available representative. After a 30 min wait, the representative called the manager for assistance and she preceded to be very blunt and uncomfortably direct that there was nothing she would do for me. I was pissed because this error ruined my child’s Christmas and LV online or in store gave a damn about it. I left and within minutes returned to repurchase a bottle bc I didn’t want to continue with disappointment from my child. I walked in and the extremely wide hip Caucasian manager began to stare at me. I was placed on the list and hung out around the perfume area. Looked up, the manager is gazing at me. I finally told the guy at the door, I would rather wait outside because I notice the manager staring and it’s making me uncomfortable. After about 20 min, a representative came out, I quickly told her that I wanted to purchase perfume, paid for it and she left to retrieve it. I then set in a chair by the keychain display. This manager then began to pace back and forth in that area, whole time watching me. Finally I was brought my perfume, I left the store. Hopefully I will be able to get my money back from the first bottle that was sent in error, clearly meant for someone else. I wish LV was more sensitive and actually cared about the customers experience.

    We were not greeted and waited over 30 min to even be spoken to not offered any beverage got the display belt w no discount. :( horrible service at town center location

    BEWARE OF RACQUEL BUNEL and ANY LOUIS VUITTON BAG MADE IN THE US!!! AGAIN MADE IN THE U.S.A... VERY POOR QUALITY, EXTREMELLY POOR QUALITY!!!! I have bought a few bags from Louis Vuitton and I must say, all bags we have with european origin, no problems at all, they do keep and represent what having a Louis Vuitton means, highest quality, standard, prestige and investment. BUT when it comes to the ones made in the U.S, shame shame shame. I have invest a large amount of money on their products and when we had problems with one of our bags: Cracking, tearing appart, fading and treads coming appart... well, Louis Vuitton did nothing to assist, especially MS. BUNEL, treating her clients as if we are going to the Dollar Store and find a Louis Vuitton there. HATS OFF TO JORDANN, her customer service was beyond world class, but there is only so much Client Representatives can do, she went above and beyond to help, but was shut down quick by that disgraceful manager, MS BUNEL. Her treatment was beyond disrespectful, her answers are very rehearsed ( as if trained to deny any wrong doing with bags made in the U.S)... There are many complaints from clients stating the managers have been trained to offer no help with deffective US made bags. She did not care I am a long Louis Vuitton client, her coldness is beyond anything I have ever seen or experienced. Her constant NOs, NOs, NOs are tiring and then to culminate with "your fault" it is sn insult to a client. This is a person who does not care about quality or attention to detail, and it is sad to say, but I am also sending a warning out there, WE THE CLIENTS, ALWAYS ASK IF THE BAG YOU ARE GETTING IS MADE IN THE USA, BECAUSE IF IT IS, YOU ARE JUST BUYING A VERY EXPENSIVE WALWART BAG, AND LOUIS VUITTON WILL DO NOTHING TO DO RIGHT WHAT THEY DO KNOW IS WRONG!!!!

    ⸻ I own several Louis Vuitton fragrances and visited an LV boutique today fully intending to purchase. I’d been looking forward to finally experiencing the full fragrance lineup in person. Instead, the experience felt no different from shopping at Belk or Macy’s. The sales approach was overly amateur and intrusive, with constant commentary and questions after every scent. I wasn’t given the space to actually experience the fragrances on my own or form my own impressions. I left unsatisfied, not because of the fragrances themselves, but because I never got the sensory experience I came in for. Although I walked in ready to buy, I chose not to on principle. The visit felt rushed and transactional, and at times it seemed like lingering or independent exploration wasn’t welcome. Ultimately, I left for the same reason I avoid Belk, Macy’s, saks , Nordstrom etc. amateur sales tactics that take away from the experience rather than elevating it. Going forward, I’ll continue sampling elsewhere and purchasing online, where I can take my time and enjoy the process.

    I was ready to purchase 2 wallets to replace my old Versace wallet and had the worst service from this place. I waited patiently for roughly 20 minutes behind a customer being served only to be told by the female employee behind the counter with the wallets that she has to serve a client and will be back soon only to later see her standing next to another employee doing absolutely nothing. During that time another female employee went behind the counter and took photos of wallets and said absolutely nothing to me. I only needed maybe 15 minutes of their time to purchase 2 wallets and go about my day, needless to say I will never visit that Louis Vuitton store ever again and I’d advise everyone that values their time to not go there.
