  Great shopping experience with Vernell! My friend and I came in because she wanted to exchange a bag. He was super patient with her while she tried on multiple options and didn’t know exactly what she wanted. When it was my turn, he was equally patient with me and helped me find exactly what I wanted! We both left with new bags and couldn’t be happier!

  What an amazing experience. Sedzani was my sales representative, she was very kind and helpful. My whole family of 4 was with me and they gave us fresh drinks and the private room area while we waited for my monogram to be completed. I purchased my very first Never Full bag during the visit. I will return to this location for future purchases. They did not disappoint.

  It's been remodeled and it's beautiful. I have over 47 Louis Vuitton Bags and now I guess I'm done and don't want any more LV. Moving on to getting 2 Gucci's & 2 YSL and I'll be done with my investments in bags.

  Went to this location for the 1st time and experience was not the best. I wasn’t really properly greeted and when I was standing near the wallets I wasn’t offered any help. I ended up going to Gucci which was near and had way better service. Would not recommend this Louis Vuitton store!!

  Where do I begin? First, I did not have an appointment, but it didn't matter! Sissi was amazing! She treated me as though I did. She was an angel and helped us find everything we wanted. I also want to say that Justin also went above and beyond to help me find something I had to have! I would mark this shopping experience in my top three, actually it just may be the best ever!!! It was worth the little over six hour round trip drive! If you want the best experience ask for Sissi! I love her!!!!
