If you plan to shop at J.Crew, I strongly recommend the St. Augustine store—the manager there is consistently kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was the opposite. The manager acted discriminatory and rather than apologizing, responded rudely and proceeded to laugh about the situation with other customers in the store. This behavior was inappropriate and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location, and I am submitting a formal complaint to corporate.
