Here is a Brooks Brothers shirt, new, but unfortunately an employee shot the tag through the shirt… who does that? Shirt ruined. I counted probably 20 other shirts with this same problem. Also, lots of other clothing items here are stained or with huge tears.

A Black woman came wearing a face mask, which made conversation impossible. She was very rude and told me she was busy and couldn't waste her time explaining the equipment. This woman is extremely rude and unqualified to work with customers. I told an employee what happened, and he told me she was the manager. I will never go to that store again. I am going to file a complaint with the Jacksonville customer service department. I am very upset.
