I donate and also spend plenty of money with Goodwill mainly at this location. After today, I am breaking my silence. BETTY!!! You are one unprofessional, Rude, Bitter individual. I have witnessed and experienced such horrible treatment from Ms.Betty it’s distasteful to mention. I honestly donate here for great cause. (1) is to help keep EMPLOYMENT. But this lady is by far the worst employee to interact with. Her energy is always off. She doesn’t speak and The facial expressions she gives is very unwelcoming. Just RUDE! This LADY (Ms.Betty) told me and my husband to move out her way one day as we were browsing down an isle. Ms.Betty doesn’t deserve to be interacting with customers behaving this way. You can’t ask her questions without her responding with an attitude or cutting you off. I’ve tolerated more then enough for this Grumpy, unprofessional, Lady. Someone in upper management need to address this lady about her behavior. Goodwill this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and shouldn’t be Tolerated. I’m Completely disappointed.

All while your able body men stand and watch me unload my own car! What do you do with people in a wheelchair? Do better Goodwill! And don't give me the form response you give everyone. Do better... have your able body men help your donators. They are literally your bread and butter.
