I’ve been shopping here for years, in the old strip mall location as well as the current larger building.
Never have had any issues dropping items off, thankfully.
Bought a recliner once and the employees working the side entrance brought the item out to the drive thru for me to load into my SUV, but did not want to help load it. That was a bit awkward having to ask for a helping hand after I was clearly struggling right in front of a handful of employees (as a young female with no male present to assist me).
I will say that there are two employees that are SO friendly and kind, Erwin and Corbin. Corbin is always working hard within the aisles. Erwin is on the register, and the nicest cashier! Very sweet, very helpful. I’m always so happy to land in Erwin’s line. These two employees stand out because they are such friendly people with good attitudes about being at their job. I hope Goodwill will recognize them for exceptional customer service.
I agree with the other reviews that mention Mrs.Betty though. I’ve witnessed some concerning interactions between her and other customers. Yelling involved. Very unprofessional, and you never see any managers around that are going to step in and assist in the situations. She’s never been rude to me personally though.

Thrift stores can be a hit or miss every time you visit. On this particular visit, it was a hit for us since there was a goal for look for some khaki pants for my son. We were able to find a pair and a few shorts and swim trunks, too. As with all Goodwill, specific days have specific discounts on their different colored tags. On the day we visited, we had a good number of items that the discount applied to.
The kid's section was at the front left side where the baby sizes were off to the corner and the big kids clothes occupied several racks. In the baby corner, there were a few strollers and toys blocking the way, it was kinda hard to maneuver around them.
The pricing is pretty reasonable and the discounts help, too. The service was pretty average. Overall, we had a successful thrift visit this time around, we'll be back again to explore more interesting finds.

Never thought I’d be complaining because I absolutely love this store. I’m a frequent flyer here. I donate and also spend plenty of money with Goodwill mainly at this location. After today, I am breaking my silence. BETTY!!! You are one unprofessional, Rude, Bitter individual. I have witnessed and experienced such horrible treatment from Ms.Betty it’s distasteful to mention. I honestly donate here for great cause. (1) is to help keep EMPLOYMENT. But this lady is by far the worst employee to interact with. Her energy is always off. She doesn’t speak and The facial expressions she gives is very unwelcoming.
Just RUDE!
This LADY (Ms.Betty) told me and my husband to move out her way one day as we were browsing down an isle. Ms.Betty doesn’t deserve to be interacting with customers behaving this way.
You can’t ask her questions without her responding with an attitude or cutting you off. I’ve tolerated more than enough from this Grumpy, unprofessional, Lady. Someone in upper management need to address this lady about her behavior.
Goodwill this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and shouldn’t be Tolerated.
I’m Completely disappointed.
