Why in the world is goodwill selling NEW stuff? I'm not talking about donations that have tags still, I'm talking they're stocking shelves with brand new toys and other goods. This is a thrift store, not a dollar store. Not to mention the prices on some of these items they got for FREE are insane!! $30 for a pot with a lid, I might as well just buy a new one, it's stupid.

Their prices are absolutely outrageous — far beyond what’s reasonable. It’s disappointing to see a place that claims to be charitable acting this way. Employees are paid very little, yet the store enjoys tax benefits for being a charity. When people who are struggling come in, they’re charged even more than what they’d pay at Walmart. It feels like they take advantage of the very people they’re supposed to help. Those in charge should really think about whether this is what goodwill is supposed to mean.
From today No more buying from goodwill, no more donating to goodwill.

Really disappointed that this location doesn't offer military/veteran discount especially with the current government shutdown, Veterans Day holiday coming up, and this store being near a military base.
The selection for a variety of items is ok and the store can be organized better. Their kids section is a hit or miss. So you have to be lucky the day you come in.
Was also looking for housewares, but it's spread across the whole store with inconsistent prices. There was an item I wanted but it was $30!? I kept searching but many comparable items had no price tag while an almost identical item with the same quality was less than $10. I didn't want to ask the workers for a price on the non-tagged items because they didn't seem very friendly or looked like they wanted to work.
I obviously bought the cheaper houseware and a few items that had clearance discounts since that's the price I expect to pay at a second-hand store.
