- JCJennifer Clifton6 days ago3.0I went yesterday and I had a good experience with an employee and I believe she said her name was Wendy. She was extremely helpful and let me know the sizes weren't sorted which is definitely something that was super frustrating for me. Also, I've been to many different Goodwills in several different states and they have all been 50% off the color of the week. I didn't learn it was 40% until checkout. Also, I confirmed with the young man checking me out that something was a set and should be charged as 1 price and he confirmed. Also, I was charged for 10 items rather than 8. Then looking over my receipt I noticed there were no returns, all sales final, so no store credits? I attempted calling the store yesterday at least 10 times but never got an answer. It eventually just hung up on me.
