This place allowes me to help my young adults grand kids furnish their first places. This place also makes it possible to afford clothing for 12 great grand kids also. All of them loves the new winter coats selected for them and a few neighbors kids also. This place assists me in being able to afford and gift others with the nice things I have found. The employee's....always take the time to answer my questions, inform me of discount color for the day, help me by holding while I've had to break down furniture ( kids bed frames) without complaints, they always load my car on pick up with a smile and have a nice day. This is my exercise (walking) place and never felling tired place, so much to see. Bonus, the customers are getting familiar with each other enough to ask each others opinions. Thank you corporation, for selecting such a great set of employees. As a senior, you are always comfortable there.

Today I stopped at the Goodwill like I always do to see what treasures I can find. I was actually looking for a certain type of shoe when I went over to the furniture department. I started to look at some of the furniture because I was very interested it was very nice. There was another lady looking at the furniture with me. The manager came from the back all the lady that does the pricing and she walked up to the young lady and said I have some furniture pieces you may be interested in we were both looking at the same type of furniture, but needless to say she asked her to step to the back through the swing doors to look at the furniture so I took it upon myself to look too. The young lady said no it’s too big for the space that I have and then I politely ask well. How much are they? She looked at me very dry, very rude and not very eager to assist me and said I don’t have it priced yet. My question is why would you ask her to go to the back and look at it if you had no idea what you were gonna sell it for if she would have been interested would you have told her to wait? I stayed in the store for over an hour it took about 30 minutes for her to get the furniture out on the floor. I understand it’s a process, but I felt like I was mistreated and the customer service was awful! I didn’t let her stop me from rounding off the $40 that I spent and pulling around to make a donation!

Usually a good experience but whoever is accepting donations today was incredibly rude. He refused us and said my brand new clothes, shoes, and other items were garbage. The only thing he said that was reasonable was that we were a bit early, but it was only about 30 minutes. We ended up going elsewhere and the New Berlin folks told us the Dunn location tends to have rude employees. Very disappointed with this interaction.

This location needs to be thoroughly clean. The overpriced furniture is so dusty. The household items are dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this store at this time.
