- HMHannah McElmury4 days ago1.0Management cannot be trusted!!! I purchased a dresser set that was INFESTED with live and remnants of COCKROACHES. I cannot believe that they put this out on the floor without even cleaning out the dead ones or inspecting if there were live ones! Priced at $100 for both. This is an obvious issue. I was told at purchase that the manager had priced them that day so I know they were looked at. Being told that, I unfortunately did not do my due diligence of inspecting them as I am 9 months pregnant and they were tucked in between other large furniture items. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here…bummed myself because I was enjoying my visits prior to this.

We asked simple questions about pricing and she pressed the issue repeatedly. She was over the top in her behavior and to be honest, she angered my family members and myself. We will steer clear of this location in the future. She doesn’t play well with others and is not an example of the word “Goodwill”. She needs to be in the back, not the front harassing customers. Remove her now!

Dirty pop ball maker 4.99 If a toy like a vtech letter worm is in ok condition 7.99. Broken race track 7.99. Either the item was in poor condition or half retail value. Spoke with the manager gave me some load of crap explanation about we price it what corporate tells us too. But I'm seeing the same items at 2 different prices. Store was unorganized and workers were rude. Dunn Avenue store and oakleaf really need to be the example of what a goodwill should be.

The selection is actually great and it’s pretty well organized, but the workers make the experience awful. They’re impatient and rude as hell, and the older ladies at the front really need to be retrained or replaced. This is the only Goodwill I ever have issues with.
