There is a shopping cart for a reason. I was told I cannot push the cart in the place while shopping I am to guess because the vultures who wait along the wall for new bins. Why would you put your stuff in an unattended cart and keep walking the items you want back to it!! I was told to tell Goodwill to change the rules this is not how it is in all Goodwills.

I understand that employees get overworked and constantly having to remind shoppers of the rules but there is one employee that i am assuming to be the manager, he is tall, white with dark brown hair and a beard, that is very aggressive against children and this is not the first time i have notice it, but this is the first time i have witness it in such a manner i had to review. i witness something today that made my gut turned and my fist wrench ready to defend if necessary.. the floor manager was so loud and aggressive towards a child sitting on the bench and appear to be holding the parent place in line for the release of the new bins that were getting ready to be placed out for shoppers. the child was no older than 8 years old and clearly was instructed by his parents to sit however the tall white man who appear to be the floor manager began to shout towards the child that he needs to get up because a child cannot be use to hold the line and whilst i understand his point, i don't condone the aggression towards the child, the white man who appears to be the floor manager kept pointing towards the child as he spoke loud , shout angrily and staring at the child as though he had committed a crime, the child was so terrified he got up, panicking and didn't know which direction to turn as his parents were shuffling through a bin two rows down... he is a child and so if the manager had something to correct then he should have been matured about resolving the issue, for example he could have shouted in general towards all shoppers NOT DIRECTED AT THE CHILD and asked who were the parents and then address the parents themselves about the issue at hand but to focus on the child as if the child was a grown adult is unacceptable. i have been shopping here for over a year and am use to the rules and shouting but today was over the line and went from upholding the rules to being aggressive as though he wanted to attack the child and that i will not stand for.. if his general manager doesn't address this type behavior with his floor manager then the next time i witness such horrifying behavior i will report to corporate.. that toned and attitude towards anyone especially a child will not be supported. correct his attitude and approach to kids or when i see him do such disgusting act i will record and corporate will have to.. respect doesn't come by intimidating kids who cannot defend themselves, that was a child. how dare he speaks to a child in that way. being a manger isn't about being aggressive, it is about knowing how to uphold the rules and regulation whilst maintaining professionalism. i hope you guys replay the days camera and listen and view to see for yourself. that was not ok.. if he is unhappy with his job then quit.. this job is time consuming and require tolerance and plenty inner piece to deal with so many customers but keep your anger away from kids.

Resellers are crazy in this place, you have to be a shark or one of them. Not your regular shopping stroll. Crazy is the word. Value for old stuff maybe.
