I ordered a surprise birthday gift, and they forgot the main item — the one that said Happy Birthday. That’s the whole point of the surprise!When I contacted the store, I was met with rude, unhelpful staff who acted like it wasn’t a big deal. They threw it in my face like, “Oh, it’s just this or that,” and offered no real solution, apology, or compromise. It’s clear they don’t value their customers or the money we spend. I’m beyond disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again.
