This completely ruined a special occasion I had planned for, since I obviously couldn’t wear them. I then had to waste my time making a trip back to the store to fix their mistake, only to be met with zero effort to make things right. No offer of compensation, no real apology, nothing. Corporate was also no help and simply told me to deal with the store manager, who did nothing to resolve the situation. For a brand that markets itself as high-end, this was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I will think twice before ever shopping here again.

Now I didn't pay for it yet as we were waiting for it to arrive and make sure it fit beforehand, but I never received a call for arrival, so I called twice and both times was told I'd get an update to no avail with zero follow up. Would not be a large deal but considering I waited for it for my wedding, I'm very disappointed in the service.
