  Came in a couple weeks ago to try on some different jeans since my body has changed so much since becoming a mom. One of the workers (izzie) ran around probably 50 times grabbing me different style jeans to try on and not once did she complain. I came in again the other day just to browse and I saw izzie working again and let me just say, she is a hard worker! I used to hate the fitting rooms but her being there made the experience so much better!!! Hope she's there next time I go, I need more sweat sets. Whoever hired her knew what they were

  One of the worst customer service experiences ever; the manager is rude. Don't go there, you'll be treated badly.

  I love AE, most of my clothes as well as my husbands are from there and have never had an issue with a store until this location. Wendy sucks, her attitude is trash. We had nothing difficult nor special about our checkout process to warrant the aforementioned attitude. Wendy acts like doing her job is an inconvenience, like ringing up clothes and issuing a military discount. Again, nothing was tasking or out of the norm for this. But she can quickly switch to be nice to the small child that was with us, which is great. It just shows she’s clearly capable of bring pleasant with the adults too. The rest of the staff were nice, Wendy just ruined the experience.
