  I am extremely disappointed with your product quality and customer service. I bought several items in your store six days ago. I wore one pair of pants once and washed them on a gentle cycle. After the wash the seams between the legs completely unraveled creating holes and the stitching near the ankle also came apart. I came to the store with the receipt and was told the pants could not be exchanged because I removed the inner tags. Customer service then refused to help because the item was purchased in store. No exchange no refund no solution. A product that falls apart after one wear and one gentle wash is clearly defective. Refusing responsibility for this is unacceptable. This experience shows a serious lack of respect for customers and very poor quality standards. I do not recommend buying from this store.

  Went in today to pick up an online order and needed to make a couple of exchanges and the staff were both above and beyond helpful. They knew the sizing and the products well. Will be back!

  Truly the best Customer service I’ve ever experienced! Was greeted by the friendliest employee, she was very helpful and helped me jump outside my comfort zone. I’ve been to town center Aerie a million times but I believe the Avenues Aerie is so much better! Bigger store, better selection, clean store and friendly employees who are there to help you :) told all my friends to go here instead of Town Center

  Horrible experience. Went in for my daughter's birthday and she spent over $100. When we got home we saw that all of the security tags were still attached. Called Aerie and spoke with a supervisor named Jack and was told to come back in and they would remove the tags. Not so easy, we live in a totally different city and gas is very expensive. When I asked if they could send out replacements and I could send the other items in I was told no. The best they could do was send out a 25% off coupon. So the only thing they could comp for time, gas and trouble was for me to spend more money with them. The people in the store didn't even seem to want to be bothered with us the first time, why would we go back and spend more money. Not to mention...they obviously don't know how to do something so simple as to remove tags.
