  i was waiting around the store for my mom who i clearly came in with, and was approached by two workers asking if i needed help in an unfriendly way like i was going to steal or something. i hate to say it was because the color of my skin, but it definitely feels like that. aerie workers pls do better and not be so aggresive

  I visited the Aerie store today and had a disappointing experience with one of the associates. Around 5:55 PM, I asked to use the fitting room, and while I understand it was close to closing time and I really respect that, the associate responded rudely instead of simply explaining the policy in a respectful manner. She was wearing a short white dress and ignored us when we asked for help with prices, even though we were just trying to finish up and leave. Her attitude completely shifted once the clock hit 6 PM — she was dismissive and unhelpful. and if management checks the camera, she even told us that she’s not gonna check the prices we can go to the front cashier and they’ll give us the prices. I just wanted to know if it’s worth waiting online or not cause it’s the end of the day. When I asked cashier staff to speak to a manager, the staff refused to connect me with one and I think they were probably covering for her. I left the store feeling disrespected and unheard. If this is how customers are treated at closing time, I don’t plan on returning. The date was the 20th of July 2025 If cameras were checked, we were in the clearance section and she was wearing a white short dress with highlighted hair holding her iPad and ghosting us, me and my friend I’m leaving this review because I want store management and the corporate team to be aware of how poorly we were treated. 👎

  Aerie is one of my favorite brands, their fabric is soft and comfortable, and they have fun styles especially their flirty shorts. The staff there, Bri and Bella, were particularly helpful. Bri and Bella were friendly and kind, and they gave excellent customer service.

  I love Aerie's products and the staff at this store is so great. However, the store holds a REALLY small portion of Aerie's products and even more limiting is the sizing and color options. I almost always end up having to order anything that isn't loungewear.

  They closed the dressing rooms 30 mins before closing so you couldn’t try anything on… They had 6 workers in there and said they were understaffed so they had to close it!!! I will never shop at this one again. We were shopping for 45 mins before we went to try on and then had to put it back since we couldn’t try them on. Ridiculous!!
