  Aerie is one of my favorite brands, their fabric is soft and comfortable, and they have fun styles especially their flirty shorts. The staff there, Bri and Bella, were particularly helpful. Bri and Bella were friendly and kind, and they gave excellent customer service.

  I love Aerie's products and the staff at this store is so great. However, the store holds a REALLY small portion of Aerie's products and even more limiting is the sizing and color options. I almost always end up having to order anything that isn't loungewear.

  They closed the dressing rooms 30 mins before closing so you couldn’t try anything on… They had 6 workers in there and said they were understaffed so they had to close it!!! I will never shop at this one again. We were shopping for 45 mins before we went to try on and then had to put it back since we couldn’t try them on. Ridiculous!!

  I love Aerie, but the staff at this location is VERY rude. Ordered some clothes online to pick up after Christmas, (12/28) went to pick them up at 7:50pm (they don’t close till 9pm), walked up to the door and a girl literally closed and locked the door as I was trying to open it. So I called them, she answered, I explained I just needed to pick up clothes that are already paid for. She told me there’s nothing she can do, and they are closed, then hung up on me. I went back for a second time today (12/29) after work, I waited FOREVER for them to find my clothes, then asked if everything was in the bag, and was told everything was there. I got home and two of my items are missing. Very inconvenient and aggravating. Now I have to go back to the town center again tomorrow fighting 5 o’clock traffic to get the rest of my clothes because tomorrow is the last day to pick them up. I won’t be returning to this location.
