I was sold on breitling, she explained the difference between Tudor and breitling, she sold me on Tudor. She showed me the chronomat and I agreed to buy it. She said it was on sale and the tag had a dot. She gave me the price and was ringing it up. Something happened and she called manager over, then she informed me it was a mistake and the manager would not honor the sale price. The manager was very unprofessional and had nothing to say, not even apologetic just a blank stare . He offered a watchwinder for a watch I did not buy. If they put a dot on the tag showing it on sale they should honor it, mistake or not we were finalizing the sale. If they have a sale , management should review the sales items to ensure they are correct. Please call to discuss, you have my number. I went back last nite and met with regional manager Sarah. I really liked the watch they quoted me on, so I went ahead and purchased at the NEW price they gave WHICH was not the original price they quoted. Even though they were wrong, they did NOT honor their original price. This is not a place of honesty and integrity. Customer relationships is not important to them, I would recommend shopping elsewhere. I am posting to all of Mayors stores to show their professionalism. This is about intergerity and honesty, not about the price of the watch. That's why I paid more than what was quoted. Real shady organization.
