  If I could give them more than five stars I would, I ordered a flower for my wife to delivered to her job at the last minute and they made sure my wife got it before she got off work. I want to thank everybody who work there, especially the lady that I spoke to on the phone, I forgot her name. My wife love her flowers and her cheesecake.

  Ordered morning before valentines. Tracking of order was totally ridiculous. Was never updated. Order did not arrive on time after paying for extra shipping. My wife's business closes at 2 on Saturdays. Finally got a call around 4 stating they were trying to deliver. We said that we would have to pickup now. Don't know how fruit is transported. But when we got to store fruit was in fridge but looked melted. After we ate product we both got food poisoning. Would not recommend. Tried getting corporate involved. But they don't care about customers well being either.

  Paid over 50 dollars for 12 chocolate covered strawberries in a box mind you not even in a bouquet and some of the strawberries are old you can taste when a strawberry is fresh or old come on you can literally go to Publix for cheaper and better chocolate covered strawberries

  Edible Arrangements Store Number 1702 in Jacksonville, Florida, is home to some of the friendliest, patient, and helpful employees I have ever encountered. Izzy and Cheryl went above and beyond in assisting our company with selecting the perfect small and medium gift cups and boxes. They never rushed me—instead, they took the time to educate me and help choose the right sizes and quantities for our customers. The result was outstanding, and our customers were truly blown away by the quality and edible gifts we provided. Additionally, when my daughter requested chocolate-covered fruit instead of a birthday cake, I knew exactly who to call! The experience was just as wonderful. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Quinn and to the store’s amazing and welcoming Store Manager, Michelle. It’s clear that the exceptional qualities demonstrated by the staff are fostered and encouraged by Michelle’s leadership. Priceless. Thank you all for such an outstanding experience. Tommy
