  I bought a watch from this store. At the beginning lovely service, kind, made you feel special. Just what you would expect. Payed over 5K for the watch not a large amount compared to sone other watches I have. 2-3 weeks into the watch it starts gaining time. Had it on an auto winder, so you would think it would not be an issue. Took it back to the store they said it was covered under warranty I figured they would replace it. Nope. Sending to the factory for repair.. “A New Watch” said ok not really thinking. That was in January mid month. Started wondering when it would be back.. SURPRISE !!! Due date Mid April. WOW! Went to the store told them this was unacceptable. Don't know her name African American lady brushed me off told me to call the toll free number. told her I did reach out and they told me to see the store. She went off with “you don't have to have it fixed” You can order it back and pay $35.00 to get it back. So Im suppose to pay $35 to get back a watch that is not working. I could see if I had the watch for a long time MAYBE? Not even then. RUDE. Was to busy trying to sell watches at the store to a poor couple that had no idea what they were getting into. I’m sending a letter to corporate this week, my brother is an attorney so I am sure this will not be pretty. Do yourself a favor stay away from this brand and specially this store and sales lady.
