  I enjoy coming here. The manager Jay always takes great care of me and the store always looks good. I have been a repeat customer here on multiple occasions due to the great service the team gives me. Nonu and Paul are also so sweet and friendly. These three always go out of their way for me. I recommend this location. Repeat customer.

  Bought a pair of pants from Hugo boss wash them on cold without drying they shrunk about 2 inches because of the terrible quality of the fabric. This is not the first time it's happened. I can't even buy a shirt from this company because everything shrinks two or 3 inches. I took the product back to the store. It's been about 65 days since I purchased the product because I haven't worn it since then manager told me I needed to call customer service after driving 45 minutes to their store. Horrible, horrible consumer experience. This is why I shop at stores like Nordstrom because they understand the importance of taking care of a valued customer and Hugo boss could care less. Get this manager out of here he should've did something.

  adin and newnew where excellent in helping me find the look i was looking for and i’m a customer that asks many questions but they where super patient and never made me feel like a bother . and i left the store feeling and looking like a boss. Thank you for the excellent customer service
