  I had the best experience at the Bealls outlet store on University Boulevard. A friend of mine found a table at the at thre Fleming Island Bealls Outlet that I wanted, but I didn’t want to go to Fleming Island because the Buckman Bridge is under construction. So I went to the one on university Boulevard with a picture of the table. Chelsea immediately started to help me as soon as I walked in the door. She showed me a gray one and I thought oh yeah that’ll be good and then I showed her a picture of my existing furniture and she says oh we have one that matches that and so all the while she’s carrying what I didn’t realize was a very heavy piece of furniture around the store for me. She helped me get baskets to go in it. Really going through what was available, even looking inside a hamper to make sure there wasn’t some hiding in there. She was absolutely wonderful. She carried the table to the front of the store, checked me out and put it in my car for me. When I got home I realized that was a heavy piece of furniture that she was carrying around the store for me all the way from the back of the store to the front of the Store and up and down aisles in the back of the store. I truly truly truly appreciate Chelsea‘s help. She is one of a kind. I don’t often find that level of Customer Service anywhere. Chrlsea is excellent. I’ll definitely be back.

  I love Bealls... I always have things that are cure for the house, the garden and cute clothes for the kids.

  First time coming to this store, i was charged twice of the same item which i never have, i shouldve checked my receipt before leaving to make sure its right. I called right aways maybe 20mins after i left there. Called the store and was directed to customer service which was useless. Its not a whole lot extra but still they should know how to handle situations like these, I even asked if i should drive back and bring the stuff over i had about 2 bags of items i bought i dont mind driving back. But all she said was Contact customer service they should be able to help you.
