    My siginficant other this week gifted me a few items from this Alo location. One of the items — a pair of shorts — was tried on in fitting room or returned in a completely unsanitary condition. There was a large amount of crusted vaginal discharge on them. Not something you could miss had staff just took a look before restocking on the shelf — it was obvious and absolutely DISGUSTING. Beyond that, it’s a real hygiene concern. If I hadn’t checked before wearing them, I would have unknowingly had introduced myself to someone else’s vaginal fluids. There's a lot of unclean people out there. I brought them back to the store expecting this to be taken seriously, and it just… wasn’t. The manager and staff barely reacted. I got a quick “sorry” and was told they’d mark them as damaged. That was it. No concern, no urgency, nothing that made me feel like they understood how unacceptable that is. For how EXPENSIVE these items are, there should absolutely be better policies — whether that’s requiring underwear in fitting rooms or at the very least STAFF ACTUALLY checking fitting room or returned items BEFORE putting them back out on the shelf to sell. The condition of the shorts was bad enough, but the lack of care from staff made it worse. Save yourself the trip and buy online. What a joke. I wish I took photos so I could email customer support.

    Review I had such a wonderful experience at the Alo store thanks to the incredible Armani Strowbridge who truly went above and beyond. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. They took the time to answer all my questions(it was super busy), offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Exceptional customer service like this is RARE, and it made a lasting impression. I am a forever Alo girl because of Armani Strowbridge! Thank you so so much Armani!! You totally made my birthday too!! 💖

    ​I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with the customer service and returns process at your store. ​My issues began when I initially purchased an item with my credit card and needed to return it because it did not fit. Instead of refunding the original form of payment, as is standard practice, the associate processed the return onto an in-store gift card. ​I then immediately used this gift card (plus an additional amount on my credit card) to purchase a second item. When this second item also didn't fit properly, I attempted to return it. I was then informed by staff that I could not be refunded for the portion paid by the gift card, effectively trapping my money in your store's system, despite the initial mistake of not refunding my credit card. ​The way this return was handled is confusing, misleading, and ultimately unacceptable. ​Furthermore, when I sought assistance from the Store Manager, I was met with an attitude that was both unprofessional and rude. They made no reasonable effort to resolve the situation or acknowledge the significant inconvenience caused by the flawed refund process. ​This experience has completely soured my opinion of your brand. Customers should be able to rely on clear, professional service and transparent refund policies, especially when an item is returned immediately after purchase. I expect my money to be returned to my original form of payment, not held captive on an unwanted gift card. ​I strongly recommend the company review the in-store returns training and address the lack of professionalism displayed by the management.
