  I wanted to share so the staff know not to miss out on a client. I just had a baby and was shopping the buy 2/$49 bralette sale. I had my stroller trying to get in and the entire staff was standing by the front door and literally a customer helped me open it. I then walked the entire store looking for them… while I could hear them greeting people that looked like them and near their age with bright faces and enthusiasm. A girl in black walked out of the fitting rooms so I thought maybe she will help, kept walking too. I decided not to say anything and leave. As I am yet again struggling to open the door and they are STANDING there talking all of them. One turns around and says have a great day. I rolled my eyes and didn’t answer. I love going to AE stores because they help me grab things and pick them out. I don’t mind to wait but they normally try to style you- help you find what you want and most of the time THEY get me to buy way more than I planned. I hope the store really reconsiders the staff that was there yesterday 4/16 around 4 pm. They are unprofessional and are driving customers away.

  Aerie is one of my favorite brands, their fabric is soft and comfortable, and they have fun styles especially their flirty shorts. The staff there, Bri and Bella, were particularly helpful. Bri and Bella were friendly and kind, and they gave excellent customer service.

  I love Aerie's products and the staff at this store is so great. However, the store holds a REALLY small portion of Aerie's products and even more limiting is the sizing and color options. I almost always end up having to order anything that isn't loungewear.

  They closed the dressing rooms 30 mins before closing so you couldn’t try anything on… They had 6 workers in there and said they were understaffed so they had to close it!!! I will never shop at this one again. We were shopping for 45 mins before we went to try on and then had to put it back since we couldn’t try them on. Ridiculous!!
