Was told by several other nearby jewelers they just didn’t have the part handy or that it would take many weeks to complete to fix my watch clasp…. And the other places just offered to use a generic part. I really was hoping to have this watch for an upcoming work trip. Their jeweler took a look and said no problem and took care of it within 3 days. Super nice all the way. They were extremely clear about what they needed to do to fix and understand the importance of keeping genuine parts too. They just really cared about making their customers happy. Was great meeting Frank there as well. Highly recommend them!
