I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this customer service experience was off for sure. I work in customer service and I know we all have our days, so I’m not expecting service with a smile, but she seemed annoyed I was even there.
- SSSianneApr 17, 20265.0I LOVE this thrift store for their huge book selection! I don't think I have been in a thrift store with such a diverse selection. I came down for a friend's birthday and made sure to stop by twice to get books. I haven't bought any clothes from here to attest to that but the book selection is A1. I probably spent $100 on 60 books and marked off so many on my banned book list. Be patient and you can definitely find some gems.

This Goodwill location in Jacksonville Beach has decided to mark the majority of their puzzles between $4.99 and $6.99. Ridiculous! I can buy new ones at Hobby Lobby for a little more than $7.00 when they are on sale. Meanwhile I happened to be in the Lakewood area last Saturday, so decided to stop at the Goodwill right off of University Boulevard and their puzzles were all $1.99! Sure wish I lived closer to that one!!
