  Disorganized store. 5 employees standing around doing nothing at desk but won't help you find something, very rude . Don't waste.your time going here

  Was at the store on 12/07/2025 and around 5:37 was going to the fitting room to try some clothes I had picked. I was told by the associate ( girl) the fitting room is closed. I asked what time does the store close? She said the store closes at 6PM and she apologized but the fitting room was closed and I couldn’t try any clothes. I said ok and handed her the clothes. Since the store was still open I went with my husband to purchase a purse. The other lady there helped me and I asked her is it true that the fitting room is closed. She asked the team and told me that the fitting room is open and the associate at the fitting room shouldn’t have told you we were closed, I should be able to try the clothes.She apologized on behalf of her and said they will have a talk with her.Anyway I was pissed and did not wanted to try the clothes anymore. Bought a Valentino purse, priced $499 before taxes. Not saying that my $499 count for such a huge company, but I still think with how I was treated ( by the girl on the fitting room) I should have just left the store. I could have ended up spending more, but for some reason the fitting room was closed at 5:35 only for me! To confirm what I am saying is true the cameras can be checked at that time, I have the receipt of $499 purchase and all I got was a terrible feeling and “we will have a talk with her”. Do not judge clients!!

  First time I ever went to Nordstrom rack, I was amazed by the excellent selection of high-quality clothing and shoes at great pricing. For example, $250 tweed jacket for $79. This newest Nordstrom rack that opened in Jacksonville Beach Florida is nothing like What I remember of these stores in the past. Lots of brand names from Nike to Hugo boss but very average quality across the board and very average prices. For example a $180 pair of shoes for $120, not very much of a discount yes.

  If you are shopping on the right day - the day the merchandise you’re looking for first arrives - it’s an awesome place to shop! Some of the other times you may find the selection a little bit depleted, but that doesn’t mean to not go. Be open minded, look around, have fun. Chances are good that you’ll find a bargain on something you’ll be happy to have.
