  I have been to Gregory more than half a dozen occasions over the past few years. I rarely write reviews unless they’re great. Every time I’ve gone in there, they have been kind, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Thanks so much!

  First time going to them and it was just an incredible experience. Was told by several other nearby jewelers they just didn’t have the part handy or that it would take many weeks to complete to fix my watch clasp…. And the other places just offered to use a generic part. I really was hoping to have this watch for an upcoming work trip. Their jeweler took a look and said no problem and took care of it within 3 days. Super nice all the way. They were extremely clear about what they needed to do to fix and understand the importance of keeping genuine parts too. They just really cared about making their customers happy. Was great meeting Frank there as well. Highly recommend them!

  I came in to Gregory's around 1200 on 9/10/25. Being Catholic I want to support a Catholic owned business. My 2nd time in the store getting my rosary fixed, getting it the crucifix and beads re-stringed. The young lady was very nice and helpful and asked the jeweler if he could fix my rosary. The young lady told me he was too busy to fix it and I was told it would take two weeks but maybe sooner. The last time was maybe 15 mins. To say I was disappointed , I was. I'll go to Amazon. I'm sorry for the bad review I'm guessing he was having a bad day. I'll still pray a rosary for Gregory's jewelers when I get a new one.
