  I purchase a pair of sunglasses. The sales person told me that I the glasses had a warranty. The glasses fell apart within 9 months of having purchased them. When I went into the store to exchange them I was informed that I needed the original receipt. They advised that they were unable to look up the receipt in their system, because the system only goes back 6 months. How convienent. I should have save the original receipt, but in 2022, I would expect any store to save records for at least one year, especially with my Bass Pro Shop Rewards Number. The sales rep offer no concessions at all. At the very least, they could have offered a discount on the next purchase. She sounded like a broken record. "sorry that is our company policy". My customer policy is to never shop there again.
