From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and warm, and the showroom is pristine, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Jason Kempf is a true professional who carries himself with pride. He takes time with you, answers every question, and makes sure you feel confident in what you’re buying. After being on the list for a while, I finally had the opportunity to purchase my first Rolex Submariner from him. It’s a classic, timeless watch that works with anything, and I know I’ll never get tired of wearing it. Kempf’s also stands out because of their in-house designers and custom jewelry work, which I’ve purchased before as well. I genuinely love this place and trust them completely. I’ll be a customer for life. Kempf’s isn’t just welcoming it’s also a pristine, comfortable space that’s beautifully decorated. And their in house designers create original pieces as well, which I’ve purchased before and have been very happy with. I love Kempf’s Jewelers and I’ll be a customer for life.

  Kempf’s is my family’s go-to jeweler for a reason. Their wish list service makes birthdays and special occasions effortless for us. I’ve purchased several Rolex watches there, and they even handled my wife’s flawless wedding ring. When it needed resizing, they completely rebuilt it for no charge to ensure it was perfect. They also resized my own wedding band, where David expertly strengthened the setting and replaced several missing diamonds. Gale even helped us design a beautiful custom pendant featuring all our children’s birthstones. The Kempf family defines honesty, professionalism, and true mastery of their craft.   Bought a pair of .30 ct. diamond earring in 18k white gold for $1000. When I first bought him, the class by one of them broke, took them back and they act like it was a hassle to replace it but they did fast-forward four years later I go to sell them and they’re not even 18k gold they’re 14 when I called about the discrepancy the lady said well what do you want me to do about it?! She said they don’t ever test the jewelry they buy. What a rip off… too much overhead don’t pay their prices

  I recently had the best shopping experience at Kempf’s Jewelers, our locally owned, family-run gem in Indialantic. In just the past week, I purchased three truly special pieces: a beautiful strand of pearls as my daughter’s high school graduation gift, and a stunning pair of diamond earrings for myself. Both pieces were exquisite, high quality, and presented beautifully. I mentioned I had been searching for a very long time for a Rolex Submariner for my husband and had put in a request with them before. Our 25th wedding anniversary is coming up and I was hoping they might find one for me. I received a text the next day that said they had the watch I was searching for! My husband was so excited when I gave it to him. Kempf’s customer service is simply the best. They are knowledgeable, genuine, and caring. The team made every moment feel personal and trustworthy, like dealing with family. Many years ago, I worked for an official Rolex dealer, so I know what real expertise and authenticity look like. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for fine jewelry or watches.

  Here is the ring that I said they sized wrong twice. I have to wear it with a ring sizer now. I will find the receipt that shows I paid over $800 for the platinum ring sizing. They did not help me with figuring out what re-sizing the ring I should be, that’s why I’m complaining. The jeweler being the professional, should’ve helped me figure out what size my finger was and then carried out the resizing repair successfully. Somehow my previous legitimate 3 star review was removed, so I’m reposting it.
