Order was placed at 8:00 am and I requested through customer service request to cancel order at 8:30 am. The store opened at 9 am and did not honor my request. Cancellation policy should be clear on order receipt. I am editing my review to add my reply for the store manager. I submitted a cancellation request through “contact us” section on the website at 8:30 am as the store does not open until 9. I called once I saw a notification that the order was completed and to explain the situation. No one picked up so I left a message. I called back and luckily someone picked up. It would be better to take accountability that you did not check/see the online request and that the operations surrounding cancellation should be improved.
