  I have been in this store many times and it is always fun to browse their clothing but my most recent visit was made incredible by the associate Ava. We were prom shopping for my sister and we had already exhausted some dress shop options. From the moment we walked in Ava greeted us and made sure we knew we were in good hands. She showed us the selection of dresses and periodically checked in on us as we were shopping. When she noticed our hands were getting full she took it upon herself to set us up a fitting room, put all the dresses in there for us, and went on her way. As we were trying on dresses, if Ava made her way into the fitting room, she would compliment my sister and whatever dress she had tried on, which really gave her a huge confidence boost. Unfortunately, the dress my sister fell in love with was not her size, her size was not in store, and online, her size was sold out. Ava made it her mission to make sure my sister got her dream dress. Ava held the dress for my sister just in case we had to purchase it and get it tailored (which we were not sure if it would be done in time for prom), she then looked online to see what locations may have the dress near Gainesville. Jacksonville showed it may have ONE left so she called Jacksonville for us. Jacksonville was not able to find the dress right away so Ava took down our phone number just in case the Jacksonville location found the dress. Within an hour we got a call from Ava stating that Jacksonville found the last dress! She had them hold it for us and we picked it up the next day! Ava made a very stressful situation so much easier and helped us in our scramble for the perfect prom dress. All while extending the same courtesy and dedication to each of the other customers shopping. She was on her A game the whole time and didn’t even break a sweat. While Windsor is a trendy, fun retail store, Ava is what made the experience memorable and, ultimately, what had us choose to spend our money at Windsor rather than elsewhere. Thanks Ava!

  I would like to give a huge shoutout to Ava! When I left Windsor today, I had to take a moment and reflect because it reminded me that there is still good in humanity, despite everything happening in the world right now. Ava made me feel seen, welcomed, and heard. She encouraged and uplifted me in ways she probably didn’t even realize. Her customer service was truly the best I’ve received from a complete stranger in a very long time. Ava, you are the bomb, girl! 🥹 You are a true girls’ girl. You saw how discouraged I was and immediately flipped my negative thoughts around, making me feel so beautiful in that black cowgirl dress. Please never stop doing what you’re doing, and always stay true to who you are, no matter what. I promise you it’s going to take you far! Because of you, my first time stepping into Windsor turned me into a lifetime customer. Thank you so much, Ava. ✨💕

  I purchased a dress here on a Sunday and tried it on twice once in the dressing room and once at home to show the bride, since I planned to use it as a bridesmaid dress. While it was a cute dress, the shade of dusty blue was too dark and didn’t work. Five days later, well within the 14-day return window I returned to the Oaks Mall located in Gainesville, Florida to return the dress and continue shopping for the correct bridesmaid dress color. At that time, I was informed the dress could not be returned because it was considered a “formal event” dress. This was never explained to me at the time of purchase. If you plan on buying a dress here, I strongly recommend asking very specific questions about the return policy and getting confirmation before purchasing. Otherwise, you may only be offered store credit. At this point, it feels unfair that you can buy a dress, determine it doesn’t work, and then not be allowed to return it. To clarify, the tag was still attached, the dress was in mint condition, and it was never worn outside of trying it on.

  First time customer, now im hooked! My auntie brought me to this store to help me find a "smart elegent" dress for my upcoming 5 year wedding anniversary. 3 lovely associates helped me find 24 dresses to try on. Narrowed it down to my 1 fave and they also found matching shoes in my size (5), a purse and bracelet. During the time we were there, my aunties grandson toddler was crying from being hungry and one of the associates brought him some cheezits! At the end of my shopping, the manager helped check me out and was amazing too. This store gets not a 5/5, they get a 10/10! I will 100% be back and im very glad good customer service isnt dead. Yall ladies rock!
