I called and asked if they did any kind of repairs and spoke with Emily who was super nice and said she would try. When I came in, she wasn’t there but her manager (Jodi I believe?) was. She ordered my temple tips and charged me $5 for those, straightened the arms and temples and cleaned them at no charge; the whole process took like ten minutes and she was so nice about it! So happy I could cry right now - HIGHLY recommend them!
