- HHHeatherJan 6, 20261.0You spend an hour walking around digging through bins and unorganized shelves to get a good deal...then when you get to the register the cashier's and managers will say something was priced wrong and it more than the price tag! I just spent time shopping and wanted that item because of the price,now after spending an hour in your establishment,I can't purchase it for that price because YOUR EMPLOYEES priced it incorrectly? I was told I couldn't purchase items without a managers consent today because 2 items had 2 different prices ($1) difference. Would I have paid the additional $1 if it were priced correctly? Absolutely!!! BUT because they marked them on their own $1 LESS than the other sticker on them,I should have gotten them for the lesser price! Your ignorant employees are not my fault! Absolutely sickening experience! Not to mention they never have any sets, pieces, electronics with cables or plugs together! If you purchase any of these items from them,you might as well just throw your money in the toilet!

- EPEmily ParaboschiDec 10, 20252.0They somehow had FOUR (4) cashiers and took ages to work through each customers purchase. Slowest customer service I have ever seen at an establishment. Once I was being rang up, the cashier broke two of my glass items while putting them in the bag. Nothing protecting them. I didn’t notice till out of the store, but luckily caught it before I left the parking lot. I went back in, waited in the long line again. I get up there and she says she can’t do anything. I ask about a refund, and she said she can only let me go pick out some candies in exchange??? I told her that I just would like a refund for those items, and again told me they can only do returns for electronics. I kindly asked again, and she finally did a refund. Ridiculous any of that happened.
