  Most of time i cant find womens tennis shoes i end up having to wear mens..dsw has a great selection of womens tennis shoes..very friendly staff..i will return again and again

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at DSW on Wednesday night. I was supposed to receive a refund issued back onto a DSW gift card, but that never happened. When I asked for help, the sales associate I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She told me there was “nothing she could do” and insisted that I had to handle everything myself, despite this being an in-store issue. What made the situation worse was that she ignored me while I was speaking and began talking to someone else instead. Customer service should never feel this disrespectful. I was shocked that someone I’m working in customer service would treat a customer this way. This experience alone makes me hesitant to shop at this location again.

  If you want Skechers that's the place to go. But if you're looking for a good woman's leather shoe, go somewhere else. And to help is not helpful at all. It's the worst DSW I've ever been to. The help is not helpful and the selection is not good unless you want Skechers. I was very disappointed. I won't say that I'll never go back but I will try to avoid it and find somewhere else.

  Today we were shopping on such a busy day when most are exhausted and we were blessed to interact with Ri at DSW. She was such a phenomenal help with our unique problem and made the entire situation so easy. Y’all are lucky to have her! ❤️
