    Rude and nasty cashier. She didn’t speak when I walked in, the worker in the back of the store did though. I was there for a return. Before I could even say anything she said “you didn’t get that from here.” The thing is, I got them from a different Citi Trends location, so why should it matter which location I got them. Just rude. I’ve lived in multiple towns and go to Citi Trends all the time, I don’t remember which location I went to. And for clarity Tallahassee has two locations and I shop at both, so if you ask me which one I got an item from, I don’t know by hard. This same older cashier was behind the desk already and was too busy to help me initially and asked someone else to. So I waited and waited and finally she ended up “helping” me. She doesn’t need to be in retail or any customer service job, she isn’t a people person and barely even lifted her head to look at me or acknowledge me because she was “too busy.” I’d say if you can go to a different location it’s worth the drive to avoid her. Also, she tried to claim that one of my items was worn. The shoes were not worn, they were in perfect condition. The sticker was worn from people trying the shoes on. So if you have an item you want to purchase and the sticker is worn, do not get it if you may need to return it. Also, another location let me do the returns with no issues at all. Completely opposite experience.
