She was super helpful, kind, and made our entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. However, with that said it was difficult to locate check out counters that were staffed and we only found two associates in the entire store (maybe a third in perfume). The lady who worked upstairs was blunt and difficult to work with, so we went downstairs for better service.
