Customer service was non existent at the gun area. You now have to take a number before speaking to anyone. While at the counter you are never greeted or asked if you have checked in. The many workers will just continue to walk past you like you don’t exist. This is a great way to lose business. It would have been great to be greeted and reassured that they would get to you as soon as possible.

Won’t be back!!! I went to buy a gun for my son for Christmas. After we have picked out the gun and everything they the young man comes out and says his management team can’t read a letter in my I.D. Might I add the dirty looks I was getting the whole time waiting for my name to be called. That’s was over a hour wait. The crazy part is the young man that did not wear glasses said he could read it just fine but the two managers that wore glasses couldn’t read it. They said they couldn’t read the I in Bing!!!!! The icing on the cake is I had my concealed weapon permit at the time which was brand new. I couldn’t help to feel as I was being racially profiled as I am African American and my wife is White!!!

Make sure you double check your firearm! We ordered a firearm and when we went to pick it up it was not even the gun we ordered. They had it for 5 DAYS and never even checked to make sure the gun delivered was the gun that was ordered. We drove an hour to get here and waited 2 hours in line for a "sorry", and now 24 hours from now well get refunded our $. This was supposed to be a Christmas present, thank you Bass Pro y'all are real professional at screwing things up!

The employees are very nice and friendly but you guys have to quit with the sales tactics. I came in the week before Christmas and I was literally followed around and borderline harassed to sign up for a credit card or a timeshare. Telling them no is not enough. They will be persistent. I'm trying to shop with my 6-year-old grandson who is pretty hyper and the last thing I want is to sign up for a credit card for 10 minutes. I had no less than four different employees try to sell me a credit card or timeshare while I was there. That's not a fun experience. I don't answer my phone to telemarketers and I sure don't want to go to a store and deal with them. It's sad because I ended up walking out of there with nothing because of it. Honestly I don't know if I'll be back.

I went in with the intention of buying 1 of 2 guns. The counter wasn't busy but they were all selling a gun which I understand. However, all 3 employees were just sitting there sitting on their thumb while the person was filling out forms on the computer or waiting to use the 1 cash register. I sat there for an hour while most of the time 2 of the 3 employees was leaning on the counter doing nothing and just looked at me for 15-20 min each until there was something for them to do. About half way thru an older guy that looked like a manager walked up and got on a lap top and sat there doing nothing and it looked like he was looking at a website or email. Did absolutely nothing except play on the computer. I finally left and will never be buying a gun from them. I'll wait a week and save $150 in the process. I'll be completely fine to see Bass Pro fail with the rest of Celebration Point...
