He was patient, gave great suggestions, and made us feel like valued customers even with our last minute Christmas eve shopping. Highly recommend stopping here if you are in need of sunglasses.

They can't find the glasses I ordered, they don't take my name, give me a call, or worry about this situation; the manager knows, but I think customer service is trash. When I call the brand, I just talk with AI. Nobody returns calls, and the company that takes care(VEHO) just sent a text about apologies, they don't know where the package is, and they show delivered. Somebody stole my glasses, no return money, compensation, or gave me a solution. Too disappointed with Sunglass Hut
