  We had The best Customer Service at Bass Pro Shops. Mathew in “archery” gave us wonderful information, helped us with everything, and went above and beyond to ensure that our children were set up properly, safe, and had a good time. Mathew was amazing and should be recognized. He’s 1st class… 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!

  Fish tank, waterfall, 2 story, elevator gar. All the cool bass pro stuff. Dog friendly. In bougie area so it does kinda got that feel.

  Beautiful store with an aquarium, and a massive collection of sporting goods. They even sell boats! Great trip with the family. A bit overpriced especially in the used firearm market. That section was selling used guns for new gun prices.

  Update: Corporate reached out to me saying a manager would contact me in a certain period of time. To no surprise no one reached out to me. When I told this to corporate they finally got one of their assistant managers to call me. Long story short the Assistant Store Manager lied and only tried to justify his managers actions. These giant corporations do not care for their customers. You will be far better off to find a local family owned company and dealing with them. Previous review below: It's a long story and I wish I got the sales person and managers names. I went in on Monday to purchase a firearm for my son for a steel shoot for the following Saturday. The plan was to look at it with my son and make sure it was a good fit on Monday afternoon also discuss the scenario with the salesperson to make sure the sale would go through as smoothly as possible that evening. The salesman even pulled the gun and description from the display so I could send my wife a picture. So when that evening when my wife, who has her concealed carry permit, could purchase the gun since she already had plans to be there with friends to take our youngest son (with special needs) to see Santa. Needless to say with busy schedules and my youngest not cooperating Monday evening my wife was unable to make the purchase. No worries, back up plan time, my wife an I went up on Tuesday to get the gun. After waiting in the cue for over an hour it's finally our time, I tell the salesman the gun I look at it and tell him my wife will finish the purchase. This is where things went south, after about 10 minutes the manager comes out and proceeds to tell me how they are trained to keep an eye out for the "straw man". So I explained the situation, gave him my ID so he can compare to my wife's, same last name same address (today is actually our 24th anniversary). He didn't seem to care and said I could purchase and they would not sell the gun to my wife. OK fine I'll purchase, I need it by Friday so we can shoot Saturday. Then when the salesman came back he tells me for some reason the 3rd day of the waiting period would be Saturday. BOOM, I took my ID and left. I can understand the cautiousness, but after explaining the situation showing the ID's. Explaining that me and my son were there the night before and discussed everything with that salesman, to make sure we wouldn't have any issues, and he didn't seem to see any issues or concerns with the whole thing. After explaining all of this to the manager I would expect some understanding and maybe using their keen intuition that I wasn't there to have someone purchase a gun for me illegally. The manager even stated that it is perfectly legal to gift someone a firearm, so I really don't understand their reasoning. I'm not sure but there is a very specific trait quality in the employees at the firearms desk at Bass Pro. I am definitely not a supporter of DEI so I have no problems with this. But they all look like an angrier and huskier version of Grizzly Adams. There was one older gentleman that seemed very happy and knew what the was talking about but the rest seemed like they hated what they were doing and would disappear into their back room for long periods of time. Another red flag for me was when I asked how many magazines come with the gun, the answer was "I have no idea". Not let me see and get you an answer, just "I have no idea" and a blank stair. Sorry but the lack of knowledge, the ability to spot a "Straw Man" but the inability to speak and reason with someone to see they were incorrect once the were given the well displayed facts just goes to show the ignorance of the management and how they treat their customers. I will never step foot in another Bass Pro or bring visitors there ever again.
