- MBMitchel Bush3 days ago1.0This store has some of the rudest most ignorant people I have ever seen associated with a major brand. In the last two events, they had lost my driver license and told me they didn't only to find it in the gun box I had purchased and then the second instance I didn't even get through the turn style before I had someone jump up down my throat because I had a cased and locked firearm that I was looking to sell. I have spent thousands at this store and it blows my mind in the lack of etiquette and professionalism. I will never be stepping foot into this store again. If you need tackle go to Anderson's tackle shop and if you need a gun go to Jerry's firearms they will be a better source of truth than the uneducated, inconsiderate, people at this store.

I called again the next day before I left just to double check that he would be there because it’s a long drive and they told me he would be. When I got there they said he wasn’t going to be available for the rest of the day. I drove an hour through traffic only for them to tell me that he’s unavailable. Bad customer service. That’s corporate America for ya. What a joke.

No "May I help you?" and they just didn't look or do anything, just told us they didn't have it. Also, you don't have almost any shoe sizes, or maybe you do and your employee just didn't check.
