  Went in with an online purchase return. Margie was great. She had no problem with my return and actually was able to do exchanges instead. A perfect experience with great customer service. I am really glad I went in to the store instead of just doing my return online. I will shop here again.

  I don't know why, but, my family and I cannot seem to get greeted when we enter this store. They greet others, but never us. The entire time we are there, staff is side-eyeing us or ignores us. Asking for a fitting room is treated like you've asked for the most inconvenient task ever to be done. Given American Eagle vanity sizes their products, you have to try them on. A size 34 isn't a size 34 across the board. I can grab 3 pairs of jeans, and each one will fit differently in the waist. How one pair can be a little loose and one won't even button is beyond me. Between insonsistent fit, rude staff, and overpriced product, I'm hard pressed to set foot in there again.

  I just wanted to give a shout-out to the 3 young ladies that helped my little sister and I! They were very helpful, every single one of them came up to us to make sure we were doing okay and had everything we needed, and one of them even went to check the back for us without hesitation! Thanks so much guys! You were great! :)
