I was in here the other day, I just feel that’s it’s very unprofessional hearing mangers talk very bad about the employees , every time I go they say something slick about them , I never see not one of them on the floor helping clean, there’s always a young girl crying about the stress they put on her 4/16/26 she was crying early morning about how she gets no help and she so tired , she’s also rude on some days , I once was behind a customer she asked them if they wanted to donate the customer said no I’m sorry , as the customer left the employee was saying rude things , us customers don’t always have to round up , you know , I just feel like this store needs to do better , I don’t know what’s happening, thank yall for ur service but I won’t be coming back ever again .

I want to bring attention to a very concerning experience I had in your store that truly needs to be addressed. Today 4/12/26 at 11:30am
I selected a foldable table, which is a very large item that does not fit in a shopping cart. Because of this, I left it at the front while I continued shopping, something I have done multiple times before which it either being the item or the tag with pricing without ever having an issue from staff.
As I was already making my way up to pay, a cashier named DANIELLE began loudly yelling, not even addressing who the item belonged to, about how “we cannot hold items up here” and repeatedly referencing store policy. I immediately went over and told her the item was mine, but she continued yelling. I calmly explained that I would gladly put it in a cart if it fit, but it physically could not.
Trying to resolve the situation, I offered to simply pay for the item, take it to my car, and then return to continue shopping. Even then, DANIELLE continued going on about “policy” while ringing me up. She also made a rude comment about the cashier who initially allowed me to place the item up front, saying she was “new and didn’t know any better,” which I found very unprofessional.
After paying, I noticed I was given incorrect change, but at that point I chose not to say anything because I wanted to avoid further conflict due to how aggressive the situation already felt.
When I returned to the store, Danielle was loudly reprimanding another cashier (Guadalupe) in front of customers, again about “policy.” This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. After I was done with my second transaction DANIELLE gave out a free toy to my son which felt like a bribe I politely decline she told Guadalupe to give it to him for FREE I strongly feel like this isn’t under a policy that’s she so much enforced.
(Guadalupe I’m sorry you had to get yelled at by a coworker and make you feel uncomfortable)
I work in customer service myself, and I understand policies are important, but the way this situation was handled was completely inappropriate. The yelling, the tone, and the public criticism of other employees were unnecessary and unacceptable. It felt aggressive and created a very unpleasant environment.
I have spent a lot of money at this store and have always had positive experiences until now. This interaction alone has made me seriously reconsider returning.
I strongly suggest this situation be addressed, as this is not the level of customer service that should represent your store.
And DANIELLE please stay in your lane your a cashier let the managers reinforce policies

Went to goodwill today for my regular shopping the store was very busy, clean, worker's hard at work and friendly as always. But today was far from my regular visit cashier and manager arguing infront of customer it was a disgrace and what is funny the cashier went back to work like nothing happened. Is this how a establishment is run in 2026 ? This store really need proper management so customers can feel welcome. Cashiers talking and ignoring customers i don't need to hear what a manger favorite meal is or their daily routine

I have to say that this Goodwill is my least favorite to shop in. I usually like to check out the bins with small items in them but here, you are lucky to find anything left in the boxes because people have opened them and stolen the items inside. Instead of cleaning up the empty boxes and trash laying around, the staff just continue to stack more items on top of the trash underneath. I do not feel like weeding through tons of trash so, I do not even bother when I come to this store. It is very obvious that this store could use some TLC and more importantly, someone who knows how to organize. I stopped in today for a quick browse and found something for $2.50. I placed the item on the counter where three employees were there chatting. Nobody so much as glanced at me. I did however, find out that the manager really loves neck bones and collard greens. It's her favorite. She also wondered how she will be able to loose any weight if the other girl keeps making snacks for her. I then watched someone pull money from the register I was standing in front of and still didn't look my way on purpose it seemed. Out of the three of them, none of them said a word to me. Only to each other. An employee put my item in a bag assuming that the other girl rang it up but she said she was looking for a pen and didn't ring me up yet. I thought maybe there was a hidden camera somewhere because clearly I was standing in front of them but they just did not want to acknowledge me. I paid for my item and left. That was a very uncomfortable experience and I don't think I'll bother going back. It's not worth the aggravation but, I sure am glad to know what the managers favorite meal is.

Great place! Always greeted when I come in. Lisa is o ON TOP of things and never too busy to deal with any questions. Always sweet, even when others around her may be rude. I'm in there almost every day! That place needs to move into where Big Lots left and they need to consolidate the desolate Goodwill off of I-95 and this one.
