I bought house slippers that were only tried on, not woren, and they refused to refund me my money. They are a bunch of thieves and need attitude adjustments. Awful customer service, beware of their nasty attitude and behavior. I have reported them to corporate. Hope to see a change in behaviors but i doubt it. Will not be returning to this store ever again. I have came to this store for years
