While shopping with my girlfriend, we noticed a staff member repeatedly following us around the store. It was uncomfortable, intrusive, and made us feel singled out. The behavior seemed unnecessary and left us questioning whether it was motivated by bias — racial, homophobic, or both. It’s literally just a chain store. I understand that employees are supposed to do their job but it’s 2025 and the fact that we still get that look is sad.
