No greeting and was extremely rude during the whole exchange. I was told 25 to 30 minutes as a wait time which is normal for them and completely understandable as they were busy. I was waiting by the desk and watched as three employees completely stopped working and starting talking and gossiping amongst them selfs for a while. (Very rude as someone is patiently waiting). Not only that but one of the ladies look at me and roll their eyes. I understand they may hire younger maybe less experienced people but being disrespected is not how a store should run and doing that in front of a customers is laughable. When I called to speak to a manager I was handed off from employee to employee claiming they were a manger as each of them tired to justify the other employee. I was told there was no store manger or assistant store manager. When I asked for a corporate number I was told “that’s not my concern I don’t have any information just call tomorrow”….. so you are telling me there are managers running a store but have no contact to corporate? Explains the bad attitude if they have a bunch of kids running a store with no actual managers or corporate involvement within their store. This store has down hill it’s sad. Would not recommend to anyone trying to sell or buy here you will be greeted with bad attitudes and no one running the store. Just a bunch of kids with bad attitudes…
