As a fairly new stacker, I was very impressed with the amount of inventory in the store. I have never seen that amount of gold and silver in the same place coming from Connecticut. We do not have that type of selection to choose from .The guys behind the counter were more than helpful once they were able to take care of me because it was very busy.I would recommend this place anyone looking for silver, gold, bullion, and jewelry! I will definitely be back the next time I visit Ft Myers !!

I came back to Florida for a few days to take care of my elderly mom and brought some of my extensive silver coin collection with me to sell here since I've heard good things about them in the past when I lived in Cape Coral and they had a small store there then (which I bought several items from as well). Well I just drove 50 minutes to get here and THEY'RE CLOSED for inventory until monday?!? Closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for inventory???? Thanks for not putting anything on your website or Google or Yelp about this because I just LOVE wasting 2 hours of driving and my limited amount of time!! I probably would've even bought another Tag or Rolex if they had some more in stock! Their loss!

Blown Away! Ask for Randi—she is the best in the business. I cannot recommend Gulfcoast Coin and Jewelry enough, specifically because of Randi. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Her customer service completely blew me out of this world. It is rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Randi went above and beyond. She wasn't just trying to make a transaction; she was incredibly informative and took the time to educate me on everything I needed to know. Most importantly, she is honest. In this industry, trust is everything, and I felt completely comfortable and well-taken care of. If you have any jewelry needs, do yourself a favor and go see Randi. She has earned a customer for life!

I WROTE A PREVIOUS REVIEW IN WHICH I AM RESPONDING TO THE OWNERS COMPLETELY INACCURATE RESPONSE. I entered the store and waited behind one customer. The store was not crowded at that time. After assisting the customer ahead of me, you called me forward. I greeted you and asked how your day was, but received no response. I asked to see American Silver Eagle slabs. You brought out a small box of approximately 20 identical slabs — same coin, same year, same grade — placed them in front of me, and walked away without providing pricing or information, DESPITE me asking questions. I WAITED SEVERAL MINUTES PATIENTLY for YOU to return. When you did, you quoted a price of $10 over spot per slab. I replied that I am usually charged closer to $5 over spot at this location. At that point, you walked away again while LOUDLY SHOUTING, “If you have slabs for $5 over spot, I’ll buy them all — hundreds or thousands.” Which was a super unnecessary reaction and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Was that really necessary? I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store over time and expected to be treated like a loyal customer. Instead, I was pretty much DISMISSED and TOLD THAT MY BUSINESS WAS NOT NEEDED. HE THEN SENT Another employee to assist me, obviously he was about to say or do things he knew he wasnt going to be able to take back. He is a super foul man. As I stated in my original review, the employees are courteous and professional. My issue is with the OWNER'S tone, lack of engagement, and repeated dismissal during our interactions. Based on both my experiences WITH MIKE JOYCE THE OWNER! and similar feedback in other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue.

SPECIFICALLY MIKE JOYCE IS NOT SOMEONE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THE OWNER!!!! MIKE JOYCE HAS ZERO RESPECT AND PATIENCE! HE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH!!!! HIS EMPLOYEES ARE THE ONLY REASON I WOULD COME BACK! ONLY THING HOLDING THEM DOWN IS THE OWNER MIKE JOYCE. OTHEWISE, GREAT EMPLOYEES THAT’LL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AS A HUMAN BEING AND FAIR PRICES.
