  Went in to get replacement lens and saw a new style that I liked but was undecided whether or not to buy them. Keith the salesman gave all great information and then left me to decide. Very easy to work with!

  Stopped into the store here at the outlets to pick up a specific style pants. I brought exactly what I needed in a different color up to Lithany And asked if any other locations had black. She rudely suggested I drive to Miami three hours away or just look online somewhere. I then asked her if she could look it up for me, please, and she was very rude and seemed to be bothered that I have asked for her help. I ordered a pair to be shipped to my house, but this was a horrible experience very unfriendly and she should definitely not be in customer service. My order number I was there at 10:27 AM and ordered the blackout utility pant

  Knew exactly what I was looking for called ahead and they put it on hold for me. When we arrived everyone was very nice and we just wanted to walk around and see what else they had that might catch our eye. I get if you don’t close the deal I might never be back but one of the sales guys was…this is on sale and that is on sale and we have this here. If he simply would have started a casual conversation and asked questions he would have made the additional sale. Instead I found the gentleman (sorry I have forgotten his name) that I spoke with on the phone, who then asked me questions, to which we talked more, and ended up buying another pair of glasses. People buy things for two reasons trust and value and the second gentleman provided that.
