    Heather, Jeff, Kacelyn, Maria, Yereni, all the managers of this location are excellent. Always attentive, kind, and welcoming. By far one of the best staffed stores in Miromar Outlets, and certainly compared to most other Tommy stores. Almost forgot, Aiden, also a great member of the team.

    Manager très désagréable et personnel qui fait des erreurs ! Nous avons acheté des articles dont une ceinture qui n’a pas été mise dans notre sac. Après avoir appelé pour porter réclamation et contrôle vidéo de leur part,ils m’ont demandé de venir la chercher.j’ai quand même précisé que je devais revenir exprès, à cause de leur erreur et faire du coup une heure de route pour ça…. J’ai demandé un geste de leur part : 15% ! Ridicule. Aujourd’hui je suis donc allée récupérer ma ceinture. La Manager ne nous a meme pas dit ni bonjour, ni aucun mot, ni aucune excuse. Inacceptable !!

    Worst customer experience ever. Sunday of Thanksgiving, 2 cashiers, at least 25 people in line. One employee said they did not expect to be so busy. Said something to a manager (tall with blonde hair) and she did not care, just shrugged.
